Each milestone carries acceptance criteria and uploaded evidence. Those records can be organized into a Proof Pack and supported by a Decision Passport. That makes the project history easier to review, compare and explain later.
No. Bespea is not itself a regulated payment or escrow provider. Governed escrow describes the evidence and governance model around protected project funds, not Bespea holding money itself.
The platform keeps a tamper-evident record of the recorded acceptance event and the evidence behind it, which the parties and their advisers can review. Bespea does not determine whether a record is admissible and does not claim compliance with the Civil Evidence Act 1995 or any other statute. It is not a legal guarantee, legal advice or a substitute for professional review.
