All intellectual property, software, designs, data models, branding, the BRIGALSS framework and every component of the Bespea platform are owned exclusively by Bespoke Champions League Ltd. Users receive usage rights, not ownership.
Bespoke Champions League Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Bespea platform to create and manage profiles, post or accept projects, obtain or issue BRIGALSS certifications, manage payments, contracts and escrow, and use dashboards and related services. You may not resell or redistribute the platform.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute the platform software, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code, sell access to the platform or its features, misuse data, breach security, bypass controls, impersonate others, submit false information, interfere with BRIGALSS processes or use platform content outside the allowed scope.
By uploading content (including images, videos, materials and portfolio items) you grant Bespoke Champions League Ltd a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, display, moderate and use that content for platform functionality, internal AI training, certification and security. You keep ownership of your creative work.
BRIGALSS certifications, scores, badges and on-chain credentials remain the property of Bespoke Champions League Ltd. They cannot be transferred, resold, duplicated or removed from blockchain proofs. Certification may be suspended or revoked if fraud, misconduct or rule violations are detected.
Some services require fees, including but not limited to certification, subscriptions and enterprise features. Fees are published transparently and may be updated with notice. Refunds are not provided unless legally required or explicitly approved by an authorised admin.
Your license may be suspended or terminated if you violate platform rules, engage in fraud or misconduct, manipulate ratings or certifications, breach contracts or threaten platform integrity or safety. Termination results in loss of access but does not erase financial or legal obligations.
Bespoke Champions League Ltd is not liable for disputes between users, delays caused by users or third parties, inaccurate data uploaded by users, losses caused by misuse of the platform or failures of external systems such as payment providers, IPFS or blockchain congestion. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for platform services in the last twelve months.
Bespoke Champions League Ltd complies with UK GDPR and relevant privacy and KYC/AML regulations. User data is encrypted, access-controlled and never sold. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
The company may update features, rules, fees or policies to improve security, compliance or functionality. Continued use of the platform means you agree to the updated terms.
This License Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the United Kingdom, unless mandatory local law states otherwise.
