Fees scale down with project size. PSP costs (e.g. Stripe) are always shown separately, so accountants can reconcile quickly.

Platform fee tiers

  • • Under £5,000 → 4.5% platform fee
  • • £5,000–£25,000 → 3% platform fee
  • • Over £25,000 → 1.75% platform fee
  • • Escrow service fee: +1% (pure margin)

BRIGALSS for artisans

Inflation protection clause

Platform fees may adjust annually with inflation (max +0.5% absolute increase in the fee tiers), with prior notice. Changes never apply retroactively to already-signed contracts.
